BOX 388
STOCKTON, CA 95201-0388
Dear Mr. Rowe,
On August 18, 1960 my father traded property' s with
Safeway Stores for all of Lot 501 and a portion of Lot 502
of BURKETT HOMES. Safeway Stores assinged a lease to
Sherman S. Hinaman that was between Safeway Stores, Inc. ,
a Maryland corporation and Standard Oil Company of
California, a corporation.
Upon request I received a letter from Chevron U. S. A.
Products Company dated July 7, 1992 also a ABANDONMENT
CHECK LIST for Service Station # 3-6258 located at
Main and Marsh St' s Stockton.
The letter and check list were my first discovery of
Service Station remains on the property.
Sherman S. Hinaman at no time owned the building' s,
personal property, or had anything to do with the
operation of Chevron' s Service Station. My father
received rent monthly as the lease call' s for.
I personaly handled all the negotiation' s with the
exeption of my fathers signature concerning the origional
transaction. '
Your' s Truly.
'
