Our CAP is presented
below. The Masterfile Record Infonnation Form, the site Health and Safety Plan, and the $390 fee for
the CAP are attached.
Corrective Action Plan
Shell will be removing three gasoline.tanks and associated piping from the site and installing two new j
tanks in a different location. Cambria will collect soil samples according to SJCPH guidelines after the
tanks and piping are removed. We may elect to excavate. hydrocarbon-bearing soil from the
excavations if limited areas of elevated hydrocarbon concentrations are observed during tank removal.
We will notify you prior to excavating any soil under this.CAP. Soil stockpiles generated will be placed
CAMBRIA on plastic sheeting and covered with plastic sheeting pending disposal under manifest at a landfill.
ENVIRONMENTAL
We appreciate your assistance with this site.
