MAIN STREET, STOCKTON, <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY(CASE 390328) <br /> On 17 October 2012, Huntbrook Holdings, LLC (HHLLC) purchased the property that contains <br /> the above Site and an adjacent residence. HHLLC applied to and was accepted into the State <br /> Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB), Underground Storage Tank, Orphan Site Cleanup <br /> Fund (OSCF), which effectively ended the prior SWRCB Emergency, Abandoned, and <br /> Recalcitrant (EAR) Account status for the Site on 19 December 2012. On 11 December 2012, <br /> 1 met with your consultant RDM Environmental (RDM) and discussed the need to continue <br /> quarterly groundwater monitoring, starting with the fourth quarter of 2012; complete the onsite <br /> vertical and offsite lateral plume investigation; and to evaluate remedial options for the source <br /> area. RDM, acting on behalf of Huntbrook Holdings, LLC, agreed to the above actions and <br /> provided a schedule for the following two documents. <br /> f 1 reviewed the Fourth Quarter 2012 Groundwater Monitoring Report (Report) and the Work Plan <br /> for Additional Site Assessment and Remedial Pilot Testing (Workplan), received <br /> 16 January 2013 and 11 February 2013, respectively. The Report provides the results of <br /> groundwater monitoring conducted on 18 December 2012. All shallow <br /> groundwater monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-3) were impacted by petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> above MCLs, indicating that the groundwater plume is undefined vertically and laterally. <br /> V�E.
