Changes to SPCC <br /> Plans are required by revised U.S. Environmental Protection Agency(EPA) regulations (40 CFR Part 112) <br /> that were finalized on July 17, 2002. The EPA requires that SPCC Plans be completed by August 17, <br /> 2004. <br /> The scope of work will include the following: <br /> 1. Facility Inspection: A compliance expert will conduct a facility inspection, which is required by <br /> the regulations. This will help to identify any deficiencies and to prepare the facility diagram. <br /> 2. Plan Preparation: The SPCC Plan will be prepared for the Facility in accordance with the <br /> regulations. As required,the plan will address tank/piping design and testing, site security, <br /> employee training,proper facility drainage, and secondary containment for tanks,containers, and <br /> areas where oil is loaded/unloaded. <br /> 3. Plan Certification: SPCC Plans must be certified by a registered Professional Engineer(P.E.)to <br /> verify that they have been appropriately prepared and comply with the regulations. <br /> The pricing to prepare the plan in accordance with the above scope of work is $ 35-0a, <br /> T,imitatinnc <br /> If Cameron Cole, LLC determines that the site complexity reasonably requires additional effort beyond the <br /> standard level of effort envisioned, Cameron Cole, LLC will notify you as soon as possible and await <br /> authorization for this additional work. <br /> Completion of the SPCC Plan on or prior to the August 17, 2004 regulatory deadline is contingent upon <br /> receiving the existing Plan and facility diagram within a reasonable timeframe, and the reasonable <br /> availability of appropriate facility personnel to schedule the inspection and provide follow-up information, <br /> as needed. <br /> Thank you for the opportunity to provide this proposal.
