San Joaquin St . <br /> Stockton, Ca. 95201 <br /> Gentlemen, <br /> Regarding overflow of water and chocoiaLe from our dry sump <br /> on March 21 , 1991 . <br /> I have found out that the wash out man did not check water in <br /> drain system prior to him washing out tank. While he was washing, <br /> water & chocolate over flowed from pumpout line & flowed across our <br /> asphalt yard and into ditch along Suburban St . and flowed through <br /> pipe across Cherokee Road to the ditch on the South side of <br /> Cherokee Rd. <br /> At 4 : 15pm we pumped out approx. 800 gals of waste water & <br /> chocolate from both ditch' s . (Suburban East side and Cherokee South <br /> side) Spill clean up was verified by Letitia Resch on Friday <br /> March 22 , 1991 . <br /> On march 22, 1991 we build a dam with gravel rock inside of <br /> our yard on the Southwest corner . The dam is to hold any overflow <br /> from going into county ditches . We can retain over flow to our <br /> yard for easy clean up.
