This area <br />is lower than most of the property and when it rains we have run off into county ditch in <br />this area - also the drains from yard empty into ditch at this location. See photo of area. <br />Regarding the handling of our waste engine oil & gear lube. <br />We have a waste oil tank in our main shop where all waste oil - gear lubes, anti - freeze <br />etc. is stored. We have Recycletron Oil Inc. pick up this material every 10 days. We have <br />had this service for the last 10 years. <br />Attached please see pictures enclosed showing oil sump, where oil is dumped & we pump <br />this into 247 gallon storage tank where Recycletron Oil pumpd out of. <br />Also please find copys of Invoices from 9/1/88 to 3/13/89 showing the removal of waste <br />oils. Also copys of Recycletron Oil Inc's, Certificate of Insurance.
