2. Label the waste as follows: <br />"Waste Oil" <br />(Name of the Company) <br />Start of accumulation date: MM/DD/YR <br />(ie., the date you began to fill the container) <br />3. Arrange for a transporter to pick up your waste oil at <br />regular intervals. There may be a minimal charge for <br />this service. The transporter must be licensed to trans- <br />port waste oil. Call California Department of Health Ser- <br />vices, Toxic Substance Control Division at (916) 324-2430 <br />to confirm that transporter requirements have been met since <br />this list changes frequently. <br />4.
