In that inspection, you cited our shop facility for a number of <br /> violations. The violations ertained to storing used oil and oil filters longer than ninty (90) days. Also <br /> not keeping "milkrun" rec 'pts or preparing manifests for transportation of hazardous waste. <br /> I asure you that all citation in your inspection report have been taken care of. Here is the list that <br /> follows: <br /> 1. (25201 (a) ( SC) All used oil and oil filters have been removed by (AES) Asbury <br /> Enviromenta Services. * See attached Service Order# 294970 and #294432. <br /> 2. (66262.34 C R) The proper labels have been placed on new storage containers. <br /> 3. (66262.20 ( and or b CCR) All past used oil and filters were delivered to a local <br /> landfill and r cycled by the company that owns it. The bill of lading was always <br /> combined wi h to total amount of trash delivered in a state owned truck. In the future <br /> will will hav a company like ASE collect and properly dispose all used oil, filters, and <br /> used cleanin solvents. <br /> 4. ( 66266.130( )(5) (CCR) AES states, "We are not required to give you a"bill of <br /> lading" for u ed oil filters." Mr. Sasson, if you could send me a copy of the CCR <br /> reguarding" ill of lading" for used oil filters, I could send it on to AES. <br /> 5. Our EPA nu ber is CAL 000213576. <br />
