CHRONOLOGY <br /> 365 LOUISE, LATHROP <br /> 08/09/90 Complaint received of illegal UST removal. <br /> 09/07/90 A 1,000 gallon leaded gasoline UST and a 500 gallon diesel UST <br /> were removed under PHS/EHD permit and inspection_ <br /> Hydrocarbon odor and soil discoloration were evident. The <br /> excavation was filled with the soil generated during the tank <br /> removals. <br /> 11102190 An unauthorized release report 91-U111 and a Prop 65 notification <br /> 91-270 were filed. <br /> 03/03/92 The site was placed in LOP. <br /> 03/31/92 Four soil borings were completed and grab water samples collected <br /> at 12 feet below surface grade. Contamination was again <br /> observed. <br /> 04/10/92 Phase I Remedial Report - Soil and groundwater contamination <br /> confirmed by lab analysis of samples taken (BTEX, TPH-g, TPH-d). <br /> 09/21/93 Work plan for installation of monitoring wells. <br /> 11/18/93 MW1, MW2, MW3 installed. <br /> 12/20/93 Phase 11 Site Characterization report of monitoring well installation. <br /> Groundwater contamination evidenced in all 3 wells. <br /> 09/06/94 Phase 11 Remedial Work Plan - 7 soil borings, 4 of the borings to be <br /> completed as monitoring wells. <br /> 11122194 MW 4 installed. Borings B5 and B6 hand augered to 10 feet deep. <br /> 12/21/94 MW5, MW6 and MW7 installed. <br /> 02/23/95 Phase II Site Characterization - Continued report of monitoring <br /> wells 4, 5, 6, 7 installation and 85 and B6 information. <br /> 02/05/96 On site abandoned drinking water well destruction completed. <br /> 02/26/97 Receptor Survey report -wells within 2000 feet of site identified. <br />
