An <br /> assessment to investigate the source of the contamination is required. The committee <br /> recommended that a soil gas survey be used to obtain the data. Based on the results of <br /> the survey additional investigation may be required. The committee also requested that <br /> you submit a clearer and more detailed map of the sewer system. <br /> The TRC by-laws require a two thirds affirmative vote of the membership present to <br /> obtain a closure decision.
