Louise <br /> Lathrop, CA <br /> San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD) has reviewed activities to date at this site and is responding to the <br /> request from the City of Lathrop Planning Department for a letter of clearance <br /> from PHS/EHD allowing the planned additional expansion of the mobile home park. <br /> This letter serves to provide communication in writing that PHS/EHD has no <br /> objections to the planned expansion of the mobile home park at 365 E. Louise <br /> providing the expansion does not interfere with current and future mitigative <br /> activities. <br /> A total of three monitoring wells have been constructed on this site. All three <br /> have soil and groundwater contamination. The soil contamination is concentrated <br /> in the vicinity of the former underground storage tanks. The extent of the <br /> groundwater contamination has not been determined. <br /> The lead agency for this site is San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department, however, in order to achieve site closure, concurrence from the <br /> Central Valley Regional Water Quality Control Board will be necessary.
