Box 2009
1601 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95201
Dear Mr. Collins,
I would like to review my actions to this date regarding the gas tank cleanup on my'', h
property at'365 East Louise, Lathrop. -
My name is not included in the revised priority list for underground storage tank cleanup,
published by the State Water Resource Control Board. However, Mr.'Ronald Douglas
from the Water Resource Board advised me that I am on the list and under section B I am
listed somewhere in the early 1200's. I would like to review all the steps I have taken, and
ask that you would advise me if I have neglected any procedure. I do not want to delay
my application due to non performance.
1. I purchased the property in March 1986, and was not advised of underground tanks '
that=time._
2. After my inquiry, seller Mr. Fuller, indicated underground tanks on January 7,
1990.
3. I hired Semco Company (Batman Petroleum Service) to remove the two tanks (one
gasoline and one diesel) in September 1990.
4. Semco sent me a copy of the lab-report of the contaminated soil and forwarded a
' copy of the report to your office with a recommendation for clean up.
5. After corresponding and meeting in your office with Margaret Lagorio, REHS, and ,
Michael Kloberdanz, REHS from W.H.F Environmental Consultants, we arrived at
a work plan in February of 1992, consisting of sample boring and three test wells.
