Analytical results <br /> reported contamination beneath northern dispensers. <br /> 01/18/89 Prop 65 #89-023 submitted this date for contamination discovered <br /> following tank removal. <br /> 01/22/89 Soil samples collected from beneath piping lines this date. <br /> 08/14/89 Three soil borings drilled in dispenser and former UST area, and three <br /> groundwater monitoring wells installed around the former UST area. . <br /> Quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling initiated. <br /> 10/27/89 Site placed in Local Oversight Pilot Program this date. <br /> 12/20/89 NOR letter sent this date to Shell Oil Company. <br /> 02/16/90 Prop 65 #90-037 submitted this date for contamination reported in <br /> monitoring wells. <br /> 12/30/97 Two soil borings installed near northwestern dispenser island. A grab <br /> groundwater sample from a perched water zone reported contaminated. <br /> See Cambria's Site Investigation-Report dated March 10, 1998 <br /> 1997- Quarterly groundwater monitoring and sampling continues at site. <br /> present <br /> 10/16/02 Two soil borings installed near northwestern dispenser island to confirm <br /> the presence of the perched groundwater. No evidence of perched water <br /> observed. Grab groundwater samples were collected from 41.5 feet bsg: <br /> Soil samples were collected every five feet from each boring. No <br /> contamination reported in the soil samples; 7.1 ppb MtBE reported in one <br /> of the water samples. Concentrations of MtBE reported were below the secondary MCL. <br /> 02/13/04 Updated sensitive receptor survey submitted this date. There are no <br /> threatened 'receptors at this site. <br />
