(Cambria). i <br /> Review of the SJC/EHD records for this site yielded a well receptor survey that was , <br /> completed in July 1991, which listed 27 domestic, municipal or other wells located within <br /> one half mile of the site. Please have you consultant prepare an updated well receptor <br /> survey that verifies the existence of these, or other wells or}potential receptors located <br /> within a 2000-foot radius of the site.
