Groundwater is currently about 36-feet below surface. The environmental <br /> assessment that took place on the surrounding property looks as if it was done north-east of your lot. <br /> During that assessment two groundwater samples and several soil-vapor samples were collected. The <br /> groundwater samples were non-detect for all constituents,except for one hit of tertiary butyl alcohol at <br /> 8.1 parts per billion. The vapor samples had some low levels of dichlorodifluoromethane,which is <br /> thought to indicate a possible release from the cooling and/or refrigeration systems formerly on site. <br /> If you have any questions, please feel free to give me a call. <br />
