Freemont St.from the Waste Tire Hotline (866) 896-0600, if they do not already have one. For TPID 1709034,the inspection report would have zero tires and the reason why it is closed. It is my understanding that you should not conduct an inspection report for the newly created TPID#and that you should wait 6 months before completing an initial inspection report. At the time of the inspection for TPID# 1709034,you can educate the new business on the waste tire laws and regulations and state that the tires onsite are now the responsibility of the new facility.You can bill for an educational visit for the new TPID#. Fremont Street, Stockton,TPID# 1709034. A new owner has recently moved into this location and has waste tires on the site. The site currently has an active TPID, but it is for the previous operator and should be closed. I would like to conduct an initial inspection and help the new operator obtain a TPID and provide information about the program. How would you suggest I proceed?
