MacArthur to your batch plant at } <br /> 30350 S: Tracy Blvd. , Tracy, California. Prior to any <br /> transportation, treatment or disposal of soil, a determination must <br /> be made as to whether the soil is a hazardous waste following <br /> criteria set forth in. Title 26, Division 22 , California Code of <br /> Regulations (Title 22 , CAC) , Sections 66305 and Sections 66693 and <br /> 66696. M <br /> The information we requested at the office hearing held May 30, <br /> 1990 has not been received. Therefore, you shall submit the <br /> following: <br /> 1.
