l <br /> 7.0 WORK ZONES AND SECURITY MEASURES <br /> The following general work zone and security guidelines will be'implemented: <br /> Excavations shall be monitored when sampling activities are not actually taking <br /> place. <br /> => No excavations shall be left unattended. Visitors will not enter the work zone <br /> unless they have attended a project safety briefing. <br /> Visitors who do not have business related to the project will be excluded,from the <br /> site. <br /> The work zone for this site shall consist of the area within 10 feet of a drill rig. No equipment <br /> r other than that needed to sample soils;should be placed in this area. Persons outside this area <br /> L should place their equipment and theiriselves upwind of any activities, soil piles, or open <br /> excavation.
