1 <br /> Soil sampling performed during this investigation indicated that soil to a depth of 25 feet bgs has <br /> r <br /> not been impacted by diesel hydrocarbons Additionally, field screening of soil samples showed <br /> no visual signs of impact from TPH or had detections greater than 10 ppm on the photo <br /> ionization detector(PID) Based on the above, it was agreed to by IT and the onsite regulator that <br /> ' collection of groundwater samples would not be necessary during this investigation <br /> I5.2 Recommendations <br /> Results of this investigation indicate that there has been no impact to remaining onsite soil or <br /> ' groundwater from a release at the former UST area Therefore, it is recommended that a site <br /> specific closure be approved for this former UST area <br /> 5AC/08-29-97/ENGn71744 7 <br />
