• <br />' CO-EXTRACTION WELL INSTALLATION REPORT <br /> VRC - Manteca <br /> 151 South Main Street <br /> Manteca, California <br /> November 4, 1997 <br /> 1 <br /> 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> The followingreport, <br /> prepared by On Site Technologies, Inc (OST) on behalf of Value <br /> Reclamation Corporation (VRC), presents the results of the co-extraction well installation <br /> activities at the above referenced site The investigation reported herein is consistent with <br /> directives from the San Joaquin County Public Health Services (SJCPHS), received September <br />' 19,1997 (Personal Communications, September 19, 1997) <br /> • 1.1 Site Description and Location <br />' During the course of these activities, the site consisted of a vacant building on an otherwise <br /> vacant,paved lot,located at 151 South Main Street, Manteca, San Joaquin County, California, <br />' Assessor's Parcel Number 219-410-011 (see Figures 1 &2) Another company,Don's Mobile <br /> Glass, is interested in purchasing the property and is currently modifying the building to suit his <br /> anticipated needs It is our understanding that a former 500 gallon underground storage tank <br />' (UST) which contained gasoline was removed from the property several years ago <br /> 1.2 Current,Site Owner and Operator <br />' The site is owned b VRC 1715 South <br /> y � Bascom Avenue, Suite 200, Campbell, California The <br /> VRC contact person is Mr Narm Albert, (408) 371-4810 At the time of these activities,the site <br /> was vacant <br /> 2.0 SCOPE OF WORK <br />' The current investigative activities were conducted in order to install four groundwater/air co- <br /> extraction wells to initiate remediation of the property The approved Work Plan, dated <br /> September 8, 1997, provided the basis for this investigation <br /> OST <br /> coexweIl rpt I <br /> 1 <br />
