The purpose of our services is to provide an evaluation of the groundwater conditions to
assist in design and permitting of the site as a wastewater spray discharge field.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The portion the South Lathrop Specific Plan currently under option by TCN Properties (our
client) proposed for development as a spray-field site consists of 11 parcels, approximately
219 acres in area of commercial, orchard, and undeveloped land located on the north and south
sides of Yosemite Avenue, north of State Route 120 and north and west of the Union Pacific
Railroad Tracks in the Lathrop area of San Joaquin County, California. We understand
discharge of the wastewater is proposed to occur by means of spraying the water as irrigation.
SCOPE OF SERVICES
We propose the following scope of services:
Groundwater Wells
We propose to utilize the services of a licensed drilling contractor to construct five groundwater
monitoring wells within the site at the proposed locations shown on Figure 2. We propose to drill
five wells constructed of 2-inch-diameter PVC casing extending to depths of approximately
20 feet below existing grade using a truck-mounted drill rig. At least 48 hours prior to drilling
the borings, we will mark the site for an Underground Service Alert (USA) utilities check. The
wells will be permitted and constructed in accordance with San Joaquin County requirements.
2010 Crow Canon Place•Suite 250•San Ramon,CA 945831634•(925)866-9000•Fax(925)866-0199
wwwengeo.mm
