For that reason, a request for a <br /> meeting with her and her superiors might be advisable. It <br /> appears to me that they will have a difficult time defending <br /> their position based on available evidence. I -would like to hear <br /> what they have to say. . <br /> If they do not have any new information to support their <br /> position, but still insist- on more work, then I would have to <br /> recommend further legal .steps be taken. <br /> Please keep me advised of your decision; you are still under a <br /> mandate to submit a workplan by April 1 for installing a well . <br /> Since I believe such a step is unnecessary, I am not going to <br /> spend any more of my time, (and your money, ) on programs until I <br /> hear differently.
