In a <br /> telephone conversation with Vicki McCartney of EHD on November 15, 2004, David Evans <br /> of Secor International Incorporated(Secor)proposed that an ozone-sparging pilot test be <br /> conducted at this site prior to submitting the feasibility study. EHD concurs that data <br /> collected from the ozone-injection pilot test will provide needed information for the <br /> feasibility study. Therefore, EHD directs you to submit a work plan for an ozone-injection <br /> pilot test by December 15, 2004, and implement the pilot study within sixty days of EHD's <br /> approval of the work plan.
