Complete a well survey report of domestic,municipal, <br /> industrial and other wells within a 2,000-foot radius of this site. Contact the Department <br /> of Water Resources,municipal water suppliers, and nearby industries for well <br /> information. Perform a physical search of the area to identify all wells. Show the <br /> location of all wells on a map,relative to the location of this site. Submit any known <br /> construction details of the wells, and identify all sources of information in the well survey <br /> report due to EHD on November 1, 2004. <br /> Laboratory analytical results for groundwater samples collected during the cone <br /> penetration testing (CPT) investigation have not been electronically submitted to <br /> GeoTracker—the State Water Resources Control Board database program.
