As the data show, nondetectable to <br /> low levels of TPH and BTEX continue to be found in water from wells at the <br /> site. Unfortunately, BTEX concentrations appear to be increasing in wells <br /> closest to Alameda Street since the second quarter of 1990. It has come <br /> to our attention that asubsurface investigation is underway across <br /> Alameda Street by another oil company. <br /> We would appreciate it if .you could send us any information regarding the <br /> definition of the soil -and ground-water problem at the facility across <br /> Alameda Street from ours.
