(AGE) has prepared this, Well Destruction Work <br /> Plan, for the property located at 2224 Manthey Road, Stockton, California (site). This <br /> work plan has prepared in accordance with San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Department (SJCEHD) letter, dated 26 September 2014 (Appendix A). This site location <br /> is illustrated in Figure 1. A plot plan showing site features and boring and well locations <br /> is included in Figure 2. <br /> INTRODUCTION <br /> Based on review of the site conditions against the recently adopted Low Threat Closure <br /> Policy, the SJCEHD has determined that no further assessment or correction action is <br /> required for the site. Based on this determination and as part of site closure <br /> requirements, AGE has prepared this well destruction work plan, which provides <br /> procedures for destruction of all wells associated with the assessment and cleanup of <br /> the unauthorized release of petroleum hydrocarbon constituents at the site. All <br /> procedures for well destructions are described in detail below. <br /> SCOPE OF WORK <br /> A total of eleven groundwater monitoring wells (MW-1 through MW-11), three soil vapor <br /> extraction (SVE) wells (VW-1 through VW-3) and two ozone sparging wells (OZ-1 and <br /> OZ-2) have been installed as part of site investigations and remedial activities <br /> performed at the site (Figures 2; Table 1). <br /> 837 Shaw Road• Stockton,CA 95215 <br /> "Telephone(209)467-1006•Fax(209)467-1118 <br />
