ADDITIONAL ASSESSMENT WORKPLAN <br /> JAMAR SERVICE, STOCKTON <br /> DECEMBER 2001 <br /> Site Survey <br /> Following installation of the groundwater monitoring wells,the location and elevation of the new <br /> wells will be surveyed using a laser level relative to mean sea level to the nearest 0 01 vertical foot <br /> The elevations will be tied to the existing well casing elevations Static groundwater levels will be <br /> measured to the nearest 0 01-foot The locations of all wells will be surveyed to latitude and <br /> longitude coordinates with an accuracy of 1 meter or less using a Leica GP50 Differential GPS <br /> receiver This data will be added to the site's database and be submitted electronically in accordance <br /> with the requirements of AB 2886 <br /> Sensitive Receptor Survey <br /> ,In accordance with Section 2654(b)(2),Article 5,Chapter 16,Division 3,Tale 23 of the Califorma <br /> Code of Regulations, the location of all nearby water supply wells and those within 2,000-feet of <br /> the site, as well as surface water sources and other sensitive receptors will be identified and <br /> documented in the AAR <br /> In addition,the sensitive receptor survey will include data collection of the surrounding population, <br /> water quality and use,subsurface soil conditions and hydrology,locations of subsurface utilities and <br /> other preferential pathways, climatological conditions, and ecological receptors <br /> REPORTING <br /> Additional Assessment Report <br /> GHH will prepare an AAR to document this phase of work The report will include Cams <br /> interpretation of information gathered during the investigation, detailed descriptions of the <br /> methodologies used to collect and analyze the data, analytical results, the total estimated mass of <br /> impacted soil and groundwater, the estimated rate of transport of impacted soil and groundwater <br /> away from the site, copies of laboratory certificates with COC documentation, subcontractor <br /> reports, and our conclusions and recommendations <br /> Y <br /> The AAR will also document the potential for a commingled plume situation resulting from several <br /> nearby sites which have or have had retail petroleum businesses and have a potential to impact the <br /> subject site <br /> Quarterly Monitoring <br /> Quarterly sampling of the new wells will be initiated All monitoring wells will be included in the <br /> sampling program,which will be coordinated with sampling at the nearby Arco station as directed <br /> by the Regional Board <br /> 7 <br />
