If they are on the truck for more than 5 days at the yard, then we consider
that to be the end of the trip and they need to do a delivery to that location and a new manifest showing a pick up from
the same location to wherever they take them.
Hope that helps.
5 ec 5. 6Va44*, ,Suienucdon
Tire Hauler Compliance Unit
(916) 341-6422
Waste Permitting, Compliance, and Mitigation Division
CalRecyle
From: Robert McClellon [EH] [mailto:RMcClellon@sjcehd.com]
Sent: Friday, October 21, 2016 1:27 PM
To: Cambridge, Keith @CaIRecycle<Keith.Cam bridge @CaIRecycle.ca.gov>
Subject: Waste Tire Hauler Question
Keith, I have a question. If a hauler picks up tires one day, but is unable to make it to the end use facility in the same day.
Instead takes them to their yard and does not unload them. Does that hauler need to manifest those tires to the yard
and then from the yard to the end use facility?
