I
-i KLEINFELDER
4.6 MONUORIN,G WELL SURVEY
Each of the three ground water monitoring wells were surveyed by Tom O. Marrow,Inc.,a
licensed surveyor of West Sacramento,California. The top of the well casing was surveyed
for both horizontal and vertical control. Depth to ground water measurements were made
from the survey paint on the top of the casing. The survey was performed using an
assumed local datum of 100 feet. Well survey data is used in
- . Y determining ,he general
r ground water flow direction.
4.7 DEPM TO WATER MEASUREMENTS
Depth-to-ground water measurements were made on three occasions;June 29,July 11,and s
October.4, 1989. These measurements were made in order to assess a general ground
water flow direction and to determine the volume of water to be removed from monitoring f
wells prior to sampling. Depth-to-water measurements were related to the surveyed
elevation and this data appears on Table 2. Depth-to-.rater measurement will be made
prior to any future ground water sampling.
J
t
3
{
v
EBMUD-001-89-001 . 5.
\ 5 t
