L2.0 BACKGROUND <br /> 2i <br /> U.S.T. REMOVAL <br /> 2.1.1 On January 29, 1988 three (3) underground fuel tanks were removed by permit <br /> issued b San Joaquin Count Environmental Health Division <br /> Y q Y (see appendix <br /> for site map). Two (2) 500 gal tanks and one (1) 250 gal tank were removed. <br /> One (1) 250 gal tank was partially under the building and was not removed <br /> I <br /> at this time. On January 18, 1990 the 250 gal tank partially under the <br /> building was slurry filled with concrete under inspection by the San Joaquin <br /> fir, County Environmental Health Division. The analytical results attended to the <br /> tank removal on January 29, 1988 are presented in Table I. On May 18, 1988, <br /> Lan underground storage tank unauthorized release (Leak/Contamination Site <br /> Report was filed [see attached]). On November 28, 1994 Notice of <br /> I <br /> Requirement to Reimburse was issued to San Joaquin County Environmental <br /> i <br /> i <br /> Health Division from the State Water Resources Control Board on November <br /> } 28, 1994 (see attached).
