Weber Street,
Stockton, California, during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a written request
by any member of the public for a public hearinglis not received by PHS/EHD by 9-15-95
i
the tentative decision shall become final on that date and time.
All requests for public hearings must be filed in writing to PHS/EHD at P.O.
