At that occasion I asked your permission so that our General Contractor could <br /> excavate for the utilities in two locations. "[he two locations you approved were <br /> inside the Convenience Store(Food Mart) and along the west property line. <br /> Unknown to me at that time was that they also wanted to excavate for the water line <br /> at the occassion. <br /> Per your direction I have included a sketch with this transmittal of all of the utility <br /> trenches that we would like to excavate the morning of Wednesday, August 16, 1,995. <br /> We do not anticipate any contamination in any of these areas as they are not in the <br /> locations where previous product, piping, fuel tanks, or other sources of petroleum <br /> products were located. <br /> In our conversation you directed me. to pay special note of any contamination during <br /> our excavation process. To insure that we do not overlook any possible areas of <br /> contamination l have gone one step further on this occasion and have employed the <br /> services of Delta Environmental Consultants, fne. to be present during this trenching. <br /> They will visually observe and test with an FID devise for contamination. If any <br /> contamination is encountered Mr. Itonald Rowe will be immediately contacted. <br /> If there are any problems with the slightly increased trenching plan please page me <br /> immediately at 1(800)759-8888 pin#1907438.
