(ERI) is providing the attached copy of the Encroachment j <br /> Permit#65251 (Control #021801) for the proposed well installations at the subject site. The City of I <br /> Stockton Department of Public Works (the City) issued the permit on February 17, 1999 with an <br /> expiration date of April 15, 1999. ERI contacted Mr. Jason Ender of the City on March 17, 1999 <br /> regarding the permit status and Mr. Ender provided verbal confirmation that the permit is still in effect <br /> for the proposed well installations through the expiration date.
