(ERI) is <br /> submitting this letter to notify Tosco of the scheduled environmental work to be performed at the above j <br /> location. The drilling is proposed to commence on February 17, 1999 through February 19, 1999. The <br /> proposed field activities will consist of drilling on-site and off-site in the City of Stockton right-of-way. <br /> Our field personnel and the contracted drilling'company will make every possible effort to minimize any <br /> inconvenience in the working area. <br /> ERI will provide verbal notification to the local property owners of the scheduled activities at least 48 <br /> hours prior to the commencement of the work.
