It is in response to <br /> the referenced issue. <br /> As you may recall the notice identified two issues to be addressed. The first was the dealer's activities at <br /> the site and the second was the placement of storm drains under the canopy. With regard to the first <br /> issue we received notice from the dealer that he had responded to our lease default with appropriate <br /> actions. These included working with you personally to identify-issues that needed handling and <br /> additional training of station personnel in hazardous materials management practices. With regard to the <br /> second issue I received notification from our field representative, Adadu Yemane, that work on the storm <br /> drainage system has been completed. <br /> With these actions we consider this issue closed.
