MARCH LANE- ,STOCKTON,,CALIFORNIA <br /> This letter is in response to an inspection performed on March 26, 1996, by the City of Stockton <br /> Environmental Control personnel at the Unocal 76 Station 2701 W. March Lane, Stockton, <br /> Califomia. The results of the inspection confirmed storm catch basins (6) located at the gasoline <br /> dispensers. The location of these catch basins in the event of gasoline spill is a direct conduit to <br /> the City of Stockton Storm drainage system. Gasoline contamination in the storm system will <br /> cause the City of Stockton to violate its Stonawater NPDES Permit. Discharges of this nature are <br /> in violation of City Of Srockron Municipal Code Section 7-805 General Discharge Prohibition. <br /> Unocal Products Company, upon receipt of this letter, will have ten days to permanently eliminate <br /> the six storm catch basins located at the gasoline dispensers.
