The material removed from the site was generated during <br /> the digging of the new canopy footings and the removal of backfill material from the original canopy <br /> footing pits. Analytical results and a copy of the soil profile form were faxed to your attention on <br /> October 19, 1995, in addition, copies of both are attached to this letter for your file. It is Delta <br /> Environmental Consultants, Inc's., understanding that the soil was transported by Manley and Sons <br /> Trucking of Sacramento to Forward under their approval number 4615 on October 23, 1995.
