It is Delta <br /> Environmental Consultants, Inc. (Delta's), understanding that field work is scheduled to begin at <br /> approximately 8:00 a.m. Following removal of the crushed rock and inspection, drain rock will be <br /> placed back in the bottom of the excavation, if water is present, covered with a geofabric and <br /> backfilled to ground surface with native material. Delta anticipates that the excavation work will be <br /> completed on September 22, 1995.
