Please advise of the time you'll have the driller for this phase. This will give me an idea of how much time to schedule my time or my helpers.. Oct 3 can work, BUT, all I need with it all correct MUST be on my desk NLT Sept 28 by 1 pm. I can process that afternoon and parts of Sept 29. after that, I will not have enough time to review and process since I have field work already scheduled and I won't be in the office Sep 30. mike. ps. Subject: 2701 March Lane, Stockton Well Destructions Mike, Thank you for returning my call regarding the proposed monitoring well destructions associated with 2701 March Lane in Stockton. As discussed, ATC has taken over the consulting duties for COP on this project. As such, I understand from you that existing permits submitted by Stantec cannot be used.The following is my understanding of the points we discussed regarding the permitting: 1) Well destruction permits are currently in Stantec's name, therefore ATC will need to resubmit new applications. 2) Two permits applications are necessary: one for onsite wells(Mr. Eppler's property) and one for offsite wells (City of Stockton property). 3) Stantec's submitted fees will be used toward the project, however they were $375 short on the amount.ATC should provide and additional check for$375. 4) The City of Stockton encroachment permit for offsite wells is in Stantec's name, therefore ATC will need to resubmit or have the encroachment permit modified before you can approved the offsite well destruction permit. 5) For offsite permit applications we are to use the 2701 March Lane address. 6) Changing the drilling sub is not a problem. 7) Well destruction requires attendance by your department, however air- knifing prior to destruction does not,.Therefore we can start a day ahead of the well destruction without your presence. As mentioned, my desired start date is October 3, however I need to confirm driller availability today. 10/3/2011
