ACLV,,- :
ahhh.
So #5886 will remain with Stantec for the WP and well destructions...OK..
I was aware #5449 was going "with YOU" , as going to ATC. again, OK.
I spoke to a contact at ATC, Modesto..my only ATC involvment and she told me of some 'other'
sites ATC is getting in SJ County. Not sure if any of this concerns you or the Modesto office.
but if any of this concerns SJCEHD LOP sites, I'm hoping ATC letters/emails show up advising
us of the changes and who our contacts will be.
no rush..
but if I start getting letters back with "Undeliverable" marked on them, then the concerns
becomes a condition requiring attention.
thanks
mike.
From: Chevlen, Benjamin [mailto:Benjamin.Chevlen@stantec.com]
Sent: Tuesday, March 22, 2011 10:56 AM
To: Mike Infurna [EH]
Subject: RE: 76 Service Station No. 5886 - Stockton: Notification of change in Stantec PM
Sorry for the confusion. 76 Station 5886 in Stockton (the one with an imminent closure) is not transitioning
to ATC; Mark Bare will continue to manage that site. Former 76 Station 5449 (the Thrifty Oil site we
discussed on the phone yesterday)will be transitioning to ATC; the initial Stantec/ATC site transition
meeting that will discuss this site is occurring today. One of the reasons I sent the 1 Q11 quarterly report
for the site"early"was to help establish a "clean break"to allow a prompt management transfer of the site.
In the interim, between now and when ATC assumes management responsibility for the site, Diane Barclay
will be the PM.
Also, I'm about to issue the status update letter; the building and demo permits are being obtained today
and the building structure is coming down this week. The contractor does not intend on breaking up the
pavement this week due to the forecasted rain. This info will all go in a status update letter I'll be sending
out/uploading to GeoTracker today.,
Benjamin Chevlen,P.G.
Senior Geologist
Stantec
Ph: (805)230-1266 Ext.293
Fx: (805)230-1277
Cell: (916)425-4849 ..
benjamin.chevien@stantec;.com
stantec.com
The content of this email is the confidential property of Stantec and should not be copied, modified, retransmitted,or
used for any purpose except with Stantec's written authorization.
