The permit fee for the destruction of <br /> each well is at a cost of $122, along with a $366 Inspection Activity fee. A review of the site <br /> indicates that 33 casings are currently installed in 27 boreholes. Each nested well is j <br /> considered as one well for permitting and fee purposes.
