As for the access...it is still proceeding. On 8/21/09, ConocoPhillips sent Transamerica a response to <br /> their proposed conditions for the Access Agreement. ConocoPhillips followed-up with an email on 9/14/09, a <br /> voice mail on 10/23/09, and a subsequent email on 10/26/09. On 10/28/09, Transamerica responded via email <br /> with an additional inquiry, to which ConocoPhillips sent a response the same day. ConocoPhillips has yet to hear <br /> back from Transamerica. <br /> The ConocoPhillips site manager has stressed to the department responsible for obtaining access agreements i <br /> that this agreement needs to get pushed through, and they are working to do so.
