Pursuant to your order, the six drain inlets at the existing fuel dispensers
will be permanently eliminated We are proposing to eliminate these drain
inlets by removing the close mesh grating and filling the interior of the
catch basins with concrete. The surfaces will be finished to match the
surrounding conditions. As you may be aware, the existing drainage of the
canopy connects to the existing drain inlet piping. We are planning to
maintain this drainage line and join it together at the former catch basins.
The remainder of the site drainage will continue to he handled by the
perimeter trench drains as is presently and sufficiently done.
Please find a drawing of this proposed work scope enclosed for your review
and approval.
We will be commencing this work based on your agreement of this work scope.
If any of this does not meet with your approval or the approval of any other
regulatory agency, please let us know immediately, and at a minimum before we
start construction next week
Sincerely, --- A
1
Timothy J.
