' 1.0 INTRODUCTION <br /> le' <br /> ' USA Petroleum Corporation (USA) has retained Park Environmental Corporation (Park) to assist <br /> USA in environmental matters at USA's retail service station #110, located at 2132 East <br /> Manposa Road, in Stockton, California, as shown on Figure 1 Mr Snkanth Dasappa of USA <br /> has authorized Park to prepare this report presenting quarterly monitoring results for the subject <br /> site, and providing of a brief summary of installation of three new groundwater monitoring wells <br /> ' San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) is the <br /> lead environmental agency for the site The PHS/EHD Site Code is#1669 <br /> t1.1 Scope of Work <br /> The following is a brief summary of the scope of work authonzed by USA <br /> • Install three new groundwater monitoring wells, MW-4-P, MW-5-P and MW-6-P, <br /> • Measure depths to groundwater in the four on-site wells and two off-site wells, <br /> ' • Survey well elevations, <br /> • Calculate groundwater elevations, flow direction and gradient, <br /> • Purge a minimum of three well volumes of groundwater from each of the wells <br /> (MW-1-P, MW-2-P, MW-3-P, MW-4-P, MW-5-P and MW-6-P) and monitor pH, <br /> ' temperature,and conductivity, <br /> • Collect and analyze water samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons <br /> quantified as gasoline (TPH G) and diesel (TPH D), benzene, toluene, <br /> ethylbenzene, and total xylenes (BTEX), and for total lead using EPA methods <br /> ' 8015/8020 and 7421, respectively, and <br /> • Prepare this Protect Status and Monitoring Report for USA, and submit to <br /> PHS/EHD <br /> 1.2 Facility Description <br /> ' The USA service station is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of East Manposa <br /> Road and Farmington Road in Stockton, California, as shown on Figure 1 The station has three <br /> ' 12,000-gallon gasoline tanks and one 3,000-gallon diesel fuel tank, as shown on Figure 2 The <br /> tanks all appear to be located in the same tank pit on the Manposa Road side of the property <br /> 1 is <br />
