' 1.0 INTRODUCTION le' ' USA Petroleum Corporation (USA) has retained Park Environmental Corporation (Park) to assist USA in environmental matters at USA's retail service station #110, located at 2132 East Manposa Road, in Stockton, California, as shown on Figure 1 Mr Snkanth Dasappa of USA has authorized Park to prepare this report presenting quarterly monitoring results for the subject site, and providing of a brief summary of installation of three new groundwater monitoring wells ' San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health Division (PHS/EHD) is the lead environmental agency for the site The PHS/EHD Site Code is#1669 t1.1 Scope of Work The following is a brief summary of the scope of work authonzed by USA • Install three new groundwater monitoring wells, MW-4-P, MW-5-P and MW-6-P, • Measure depths to groundwater in the four on-site wells and two off-site wells, ' • Survey well elevations, • Calculate groundwater elevations, flow direction and gradient, • Purge a minimum of three well volumes of groundwater from each of the wells (MW-1-P, MW-2-P, MW-3-P, MW-4-P, MW-5-P and MW-6-P) and monitor pH, ' temperature,and conductivity, • Collect and analyze water samples for total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPH G) and diesel (TPH D), benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and total xylenes (BTEX), and for total lead using EPA methods ' 8015/8020 and 7421, respectively, and • Prepare this Protect Status and Monitoring Report for USA, and submit to PHS/EHD 1.2 Facility Description ' The USA service station is located on the southeast corner of the intersection of East Manposa Road and Farmington Road in Stockton, California, as shown on Figure 1 The station has three ' 12,000-gallon gasoline tanks and one 3,000-gallon diesel fuel tank, as shown on Figure 2 The tanks all appear to be located in the same tank pit on the Manposa Road side of the property 1 is
