Dispenser Upgrade Sample Results Collegeville Market and Cafe Page-3- 6.0 CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS The analytical results of the soil samples collected from .beneath the locations of the fuel dispensers indicate that concentrations of the gasoline oxygenates MTBE and tertiary butanol are present below the northwest dispenser approximately two feet below the product piping and a total of approximately five feet below the ground surface. A low concentration of xylenes was also detected at the northwest dispenser sample location. None of the other analyzed constituents were detected at or above the laboratory reporting limit at that location. None of the analyzed constituents were detected at or above the laboratory reporting limit in the soil sample collected at a similar depth below the southeast dispenser. The two dispenser locations are approximately six feet apart,..and the lack of detections below the southeast dispenser likely indicates that the extent of the contaminant constituents detected below the northwest dispenser is limited.Condor recommends no further action at the site due to the limited extent of the detected contaminant constituents. 7.0 LIMITATIONS Condor developed the interpretations and conclusions presented herein in accordance with generally accepted principles and practice. Conclusions presented in this report are professional opinions based on limited information obtained at the time of our site visits. Condor has endeavored to determine as much as practical about the site using conventional practices given our scope of services.
