Victory Park maintenance shop soil remediation work plan. <br /> Attached is a copy of the cover letter, dated February 8, <br /> 1994 , submitted to you by Falcon Energy Associates for the <br /> site specific safety plan <br /> 2 . Police Department trench soil test "chain of custody" . <br /> A meeting was held with Mr. James Hoblitzall, John Fukumoto, <br /> Roger Elkins (Inspector P.D. project) , Dave Olson <br /> (Supervising Inspector) and me at 8 o' clock tuesday morning' <br /> regarding the Police Department ' s trench soil test "chain of <br /> custody" . <br /> Mr. Hoblitzall stated that the Registered Geologist, Mr. Jack <br /> Alt, handled the entire testing and delivery to the laboratory <br /> and had no involvement with the sample ' s "chain of custody" . <br /> Mr. Jack Alt, FAXed copy of letter (for Pam Violett) to John <br /> Fukumoto on February 8th explaining the handling of the <br /> samples . <br /> 3 . We will submit an up-dated status of all the underground <br /> tanks, for the next meeting scheduled for March 15 . <br /> "STOCKTON...CALIFORNIANS SUNRISE SEAPORT" <br />
