Plans showing the construction of the building will be <br /> evaluated to determine the best method for the additional soil assessment. Three hand <br /> augered soil borings to approximately 10 feet below ground surface inside the prisoner bay <br /> area may be proposed if feasible. <br /> ' The proposed field work should commence by November 15, 1993 and a report of findings <br /> should be submitted within thirty to sixty days after the completion of the field work. <br /> • The final disposition of the stockpiled soil inadvertently removed from the City corporation <br /> yard is still under investigation. Final status of the soil will be discussed in the October 15, <br /> 1993 summary letter/workplan. <br /> Argonne and Picardy <br /> The City of Stockton is currently receiving bids for an over-excavation of the former tank pit <br /> area at this site.
