Comments: <br /> Routine inspection done on this date and the following was noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> Notes: <br /> 1.)TPID certificate is posted behind the service counter. <br /> 2.) Previous area of concern given for not retaining manifests has been corrected. Waste tire manifests from <br /> "Lakin Tire West, Inc."were available for review. "Lakin Tire"emails manifests to facility. <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly. 13 waste tires were stored in a caged area outdoors on the east side of <br /> the shop. <br /> 4.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Charlie Salmon (Service Advisor). <br /> 5.) Retain all waste tire manifests, disposal receipts, and logs for 3 years. <br /> 6.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this location. <br /> 7.) Inspection report will be emailed to csalmon832@gmail.com <br />
