Daily inspection of containers by facility staff and continued training will ensure all
required information is provided on all hazardous waste labels. Please see sample photos, attached.
#47: The HHW Facility's Contingency Plan has been updated to include the designated Emergency
Coordinator. Please see revised pages (p. 5 & 6) of the Contingency Plan, attached.
#64: We are currently working with a professional engineer from Bagley Equipment Company to
complete the hazardous waste tank assessments for the 500 gallon Used Oil Tank and the 250 gallon
Used Antifreeze Tank. As of July 20, we are in phase one of the assessments and expect to have
them completed in the next week or two. Once complete, the assessments will be submitted to your
office for review. In addition, the current assessments for each tank will be kept onsite at all times.
If you have any questions, please call me at 468-3066.
Sincerely,
KIMBRA ANDREWS
Management Analyst I
KA:sc
PP2007 files\HHW\HHW Facilities\PHHWCF\6-29-07 Inspection\6-29-07 InspectionAm
Attachments
• :111•
