Records <br />include employee name, job title, and job description for each staff member. Current facility <br />personnel have been trained on the following Emergency Contingency Plan items corresponding to <br />the Operations Plan: Facility Operational Procedures, Facility Inspections (Section 6.13); <br />Emergency Equipment (Emergency Eyewash/Shower, Fire Prevention Systems, Ludlum Meter; <br />Sections 10.4.2 and 10.4.3); Systems Operations and Cut-off (Champion air compressor, Holt <br />generator, Tee Mark can crushers, Tube Master oil filter crusher, Containment Solutions oil and <br />antifreeze tanks); Alarm Systems and Communications (Sections 10.3 and 10.4); Fire and Explosion <br />Response and Emergency Equipment (Spill Response Equipment, Incident Assessment and <br />Containment Protocols; Sections 10.4.4, 10.5.1, and 10.5.5); and Shutdown Operations Procedures <br />(Section 6.3).
